Very good looking and nothing to do with what we are used to in Chinese restaurants. The truth is that it has a great similarity with other Japanese noodle recipes or even with an Indonesian dish, where I was this summer and I can say first-hand that the food is delicious.
I love Asian food in general and it is much better when one is interested in and looking for real recipes, which have little to do with the westernized food that we can eat in any restaurant.
