Roasts seasoned with parsley and garlic
For today a cold beach made up of delicious roasted roasts seasoned with parsley and chopped garlic.

Ingredients
- 1 kg of roasts
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Parsley to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Olive oil
- Apple vinager
- Sal Island
Preparation
- In a frying pan or griddle we put the roasts to roast over medium heat so that they are done well, both outside and inside. When they are well done we put them aside and we cut into small strips (as indicated in the photo).
- We put them in a large bowl and start to season: we cut the garlic pieces, we add the coriander and parsley also chopped, we toss olive oil, salt and vinegar and stir well.
- We put it in the refrigerator at least an hour and we can eat.
