Today's recipe can be hated or loved. No, it is not a dress or a scarf, but it is a food with a very intense and peculiar flavor that You may like it very much or you may not like it at all. We hope that most of our readers do like it and can enjoy this delicious cold dish: Roasts seasoned with parsley and garlic.
It can be served to accompany another dish, as a single dish at dinner or simply as a "tapas" as an aperitif in the middle of the morning before lunch.

- 1 kg of roasts
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Parsley to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Olive oil
- Apple vinager
- Sal Island
- In a frying pan or griddle we put the roasts to roast over medium heat so that they are done well, both outside and inside. When they are well done we put them aside and we cut into small strips (as indicated in the photo).
- We put them in a large bowl and start to season: we cut the garlic pieces, we add the coriander and parsley also chopped, we toss olive oil, salt and vinegar and stir well.
- We put it in the refrigerator at least an hour and we can eat.
