Ubhanana nemango smoothie


Isimo sezulu esihle siguqula indlela esidla ngayo. I- izithelo ezibushelelezi Kubanda kakhulu kubekwa njengenye indlela enhle kakhulu ngesikhathi sasekuseni nangesikhathi sokudla. Iningi futhi lilula ukulungiselela. Ukuzama le banana nemango smoothie esikumema ukuba uyilungiselele namuhla.

  2. Bese uletha i-smoothie efrijini bese uyaphola.
  3. Khonza ukuzamazama ngezingilazi ezintathu noma ezine bese uhlobise ngamajikijolo, ama-pistachio achotshoziwe, ama-alimondi asikiwe nezicucu zemango.
