- Sifaka ipani elinamanzi ukushisa bese sipheka amazambane kuwo.
- Ngenkathi amazambane epheka silungisa inyama. Sifaka ipani lokuthosa ngamafutha bese sosa inyama egayiwe, safaka usawoti omncane nopelepele.
- Lapho inyama isiqedile, sizobeka isipinashi bese sibaxosha kanye nenyama, siyishiya imizuzu engu-2-3. Sigodliwe
- Ngakolunye uhlangothi silungiselela i-bechamel, sibeka ubisi ekushiseni, sigcina.
