Ukulungiselela
  1. Hlanza ithanga, susa imbewu bese uyisika ibe yizicucu. Yenza okufanayo ngamazambane bese usika ubhatata waba izicucu.
  2. Faka zonke izithako epanini bese ulethe emathunjini. Bese wehlisa ukushisa (ugcine ithumba) bese ulipheka imizuzu engama-30.
  3. Puree ingxube nesikhathi sokunambitha. Yenze lula ngamanzi uma uthanda.
  4. Khonza nge-toast ethile kanti ezinye amakhambi amasha.
