  • Iglasi lomhluzi 100 ml (ukuba awunayo, yongeza ubisi)
  • Iipuniwe ezi-3 zomgubo
  • Nutmeg
  • Sal
  • Amaqanda ama-2
  • Imvuthuluka yesonka

Ukulungiselela
  1. Sithatha inyama okanye inkukhu esityeni siyicoce ngamathambo namafutha. Siyinqunqa encinci ngesikere.
