Vegetable spirals with zucchini and mushrooms

My idea was to combine various vegetables in this recipe, but I couldn't resist the presence of the mushrooms. Sautéed with zucchini and seasoned with paprika to give them a different touch, they are the perfect accompaniment to a vegetable pasta. You can also make them in the oven, if you want to reduce the amount of fat, it is your choice!

Ingredients

For two

  • 160g. vegetable spirals
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 / 2 cebolla
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 dozen large mushrooms
  • Sal Island
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Pepper

Crafting

We start by peeling and dicing the onion. Like the rest of the ingredients, we chop it rough, rustic. We don't want the chunks to get lost.

Then we wash the zucchini and the mushrooms and we also cut them into pieces. We booked.

We cook the pasta in a saucepan with plenty of water, following the manufacturer's instructions, about 8 minutes.

At the same time, we put 3 tablespoons of oil to heat in a pan and sauté the onion a few minutes. When it has taken color, we add the zucchini and finally, the mushrooms.
