All the weekend dinners they tend to be more informal at home; especially when receiving friends. Preparing some juicy sandwiches in advance, allowing us to enjoy the "party", is always a good option. Today we prepare some vegetables with mayonnaise and pepper sauce.

The sandwiches that we propose today are very juicy. Invest in good bread and patiently make the pepper sauce it is key so that they present the best flavor. The appearance is sticky, but nobody cares to get their hands dirty after trying them, I assure you.

Ingredients
For the sandwich:
  • 2 slices of homemade sliced ​​bread
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 2-3 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 boiled egg
  • Mayonnaise
  • Pepper sauce
For the pepper sauce:
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 can of piquillo peppers
  • 1-2 chillies
  • 2 tablespoons Perrins sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 120 g. fried tomato
  • 2 tablespoons of chorizo ​​pepper meat
  • Water glass 1
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. We start by preparing the pepper sauce in advance. To do this, we confit 3 peeled garlic cloves and the piquillo peppers in a pan with a bottom of oil. We cook them over low heat for approximately 20 minutes.
  2. When they are candied add the chilli clean and cook for a few minutes.
  3. We then incorporate the chorizo ​​pepper meat, the fried tomato and a glass of water. We remove and dwe ask you to reduce, for approximately 20 minutes, stirring the mixture from time to time.
  4. Then, we add a tablespoon of mustard and two of the Perrins sauce and we pass the sauce by the mixer, to later return it to the pan where it has just been reduced. Let it cold down.
  5. We spread the slices of bread with mayonnaise on both sides (the outer lid superficially) and with pepper sauce only on the inside.
  6. We place the lettuce leaves, the slice of ham and the sliced ​​boiled egg.
  7. We close the sandwich and we serve or reserve in the fridge up to half an hour before serving.
