Ingredients
- 2 turkey breasts
- 1 golden apple
- 1 / red onion
- olive oil
- Ground cinnamon
Accompaniment: grilled fresh green beans (to taste).
Preparation
- On a griddle with a drop of oil, mark the turkey breasts until they are golden brown on both sides. We reserve
- We dice the apple and chop the onion.
- We cut two portions of aluminum foil large enough to be able to wrap the breasts.
- On each of the pieces of aluminum foil, we place a turkey breast. We cover it with apple, onion, a splash of olive oil, salt and a pinch of cinnamon.
- We close the paper-style wrapper.
- We preheat the oven at 180º for 10 minutes.
- Put the two papillotes in the oven tray and let them bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 190º.
