Doing homemade truffles are fun and differentThere are many ways to make them, giving the flavors that we like and the forms. Preparing them as a family will be a fun way for the little ones and adults.
We are going to prepare these truffles battered in crocanti almonds that they sell already prepared in bags, others with chocolate noodles and others with powdered chocolate. Varied for all tastes.

- 250 gr. chocolate to melt
- A carton of whipping cream 200ml.
- A tablespoon of butter (20gr.
- To coat the truffles:
- Cocoa powder
- Chocolate noodles
- Crocanti almond or dried fruit
- To make the truffles we will put a saucepan on the fire with the cream, the chopped chocolate and the butter over low heat until everything is discarded and well mixed.
- When everything is mixed and thick, we remove it from the heat.
- We put the mixture in a container, let it cool in the fridge for a few hours or until the next day.
- When we go to make them, we will prepare the ingredients to coat them. We will put some dishes and in each one an ingredient that we are going to put to coat.
- With a spoon or scoop, we take chocolate, make balls, it will be better to use your hands.
- We will cover them in the chosen ingredients. We will put them in a source until they are all done.
- And they will be ready, we will keep them in a container in the fridge or freezer, they keep very well and do not freeze.
