When the heat hits there is no way to prepare a fruit shake and drink it very cool, don't you agree? There are so many variations, so many possibilities ... Today we opted for a tropical fruit smoothie, for that of taking advantage of seasonal fruits such as pineapple and mango.
This yellow smoothie, a color shared by its three main ingredients: pineapple, mango and banana. Personally, I like to have some fruits frozen so that the smoothie is cooler, but that is a personal hobby that I acquired during a summer away. Do you dare to do it? It is ideal as a dessert or snack.
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 plátano
- 450 g. Pineapple
- 1 natural yogurt
- ½ cup of milk to lighten it
- We peel, bone and we chop the mango.
- We peel the banana, we remove the threads and chop it up.
- We put all the fruits together with the yogurt in the blender glass. We beat for 2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
- If it was too thick, we lighten with milk, until the desired consistency is obtained.
- We serve immediately.
