When the heat hits there is no way to prepare a fruit shake and drink it very cool, don't you agree? There are so many variations, so many possibilities ... Today we opted for a tropical fruit smoothie, for that of taking advantage of seasonal fruits such as pineapple and mango.

This yellow smoothie, a color shared by its three main ingredients: pineapple, mango and banana. Personally, I like to have some fruits frozen so that the smoothie is cooler, but that is a personal hobby that I acquired during a summer away. Do you dare to do it? It is ideal as a dessert or snack.

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 plátano
  • 450 g. Pineapple
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • ½ cup of milk to lighten it

Preparation
  1. We peel, bone and we chop the mango.
  2. We peel the banana, we remove the threads and chop it up.
  3. We put all the fruits together with the yogurt in the blender glass. We beat for 2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
  4. If it was too thick, we lighten with milk, until the desired consistency is obtained.
  5. We serve immediately.
