This recipe will get you out of trouble and you can still vary vegetables and make it with the leftovers from the refrigerator.
Ingredients
3 large potatoes boiled and cut into squares
3 cups of cooked peas
3 cups of carrots boiled and diced
4 eggs
1 large pot of cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
In a mold suitable for oven and in ice cream, put a good layer of potatoes on the base, a good layer of peas, finally a carrot.
In a container, mix the eggs, salt, pepper and cream, when all the mixture is homogeneous, pour it into the mold and take it for 45 minutes in a strong oven in a double boiler until set.
Let cool and unmold, remember that you can also take it to the refrigerator and consume it cold.
