Ingredients
  • 6 medium / small tomatoes
  • 1 small can of tuna
  • 2 slices of chopped smoked salmon
  • 1 stick of celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the dressing
  • 2-3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon whole grain mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. We cut the top cap of each of the tomatoes and empty. We chop the meat and put it in a bowl.
  2. Add the salmon to the bowl, tuna, celery and onion. Season, mix and reserve.
  3. We prepare the dressing combining all the ingredients.
  4. We mix the salad with the dressing and fill the tomatoes.
  5. We sprinkle a little paprika on top and serve the stuffed tomatoes.
