Ingredients
- 6 medium / small tomatoes
- 1 small can of tuna
- 2 slices of chopped smoked salmon
- 1 stick of celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the dressing
- 2-3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon whole grain mustard
- ¼ teaspoon sweet paprika
- ½ teaspoon dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- We cut the top cap of each of the tomatoes and empty. We chop the meat and put it in a bowl.
- Add the salmon to the bowl, tuna, celery and onion. Season, mix and reserve.
- We prepare the dressing combining all the ingredients.
- We mix the salad with the dressing and fill the tomatoes.
- We sprinkle a little paprika on top and serve the stuffed tomatoes.
