Ingredients
- 2 zucchini.
- 2 large leeks.
- 3 carrots
- 2 aubergines.
- 2 artichokes.
- ½ onion.
- ½ green pepper.
- 1 potato
- 1 glass of poultry broth.
- Pinch of salt.
- Olive oil.
Preparation
- We will chop all the ingredients in medium dice.
- These the we will poach in a pan until they are completely done and have diminished in volume.
- We add the chicken broth and we let reduce.
- We will add a little salt and we will grind.
