Tagliatelle with vegetables and dates

After so many parties and so much work in the kitchen, it's time to enjoy simple dishes like these tagliatelle with vegetables and dates. A quick dish to prepare for which you will only need half a dozen ingredients and 15 minutes of your time.

If you are lovers of pasta dishes, I am sure this will appeal to you. At home we have cooked al dente vegetables so that they provide a crunchy touch to the dish and we have incorporated dates to give them a sweet touch, although you could replace these with raisins or dried plums if you wanted.

I gave the final touch to the dish with a little soy sauce. I have not used more salt than what this sauce provides, it doesn't need it! If you are looking for a simple recipe between parties, these tagliatele are a great alternative, try them!
