Sometimes we have guests at home and we don't know what to prepare So as not to fall into the routine of the same snacks as always and if we are trying to eat healthy, without much fat, the issue becomes even more complicated. So it is necessary to use a little imagination to give in to clichés.
So today we are going to prepare some rich surimi rolls with wild asparagus. Original, versatile and very simple to prepare.
As we always go shopping and organize our time a bit, although this time we need little, everything is relative in relation to quantity.

Ingredients:
- surimi trunks
- wild asparagus
- various species or seasonings
We already have the purchase made, we just need to get started with the assembly of this simple appetizer.
We take the surimi trunks, unroll them.
Now we start to assemble the plate, we take an asparagus and we start to roll it with the surimi and so on until we have rolled up 3 to 4 asparagus, depending on the size of them.
We already have the appetizers ready, we just need to dress them, in my case I do it with spices, but a little vinegar or lemon would also be good.
I present them whole, but now reflecting on the presentation it has occurred to me that they would also be original cut into slices, that goes to everyone's taste, I'll try to see how they look next time.
