Today I bring you some special meatballs: stuffed with fresh cheese and bacon.
The elaboration is the same as always, only with some modifications that make let's break the routine.
Ingredients:
- 250 gr. minced meat
- 1 piece of about 50-80gr of fresh cheese
- 3-4 slices of bacon
- oregano, parsley ...
- 4-5 tomatoes
- onion
- 1 egg
- white wine
- 1 pill of avecrem
- a pinch of pepper
Preparation:
In a bowl we mix the spices, egg, meat, bacon and cheese into very small pieces. We do not add salt, since the bacon is very salty, and we are also going to put in the avecrem sauce…. We make balls and pass them through flour.
All the bake about 15 minutes at 180º (They can be fried instead of in the oven, but this option is healthier and cleaner.)
While we have the meatballs in the oven, we are making the sauce: we split the tomatoes and the onion. In a pot we put a splash of oil, and when it starts to get hot, we add the onion. As soon as it softens, we add the tomatoes. We poach a little, and add a splash of white wine (not much) and two or three glasses of water, along with the Avecrem tablet.
We can always add more water or more wine, but removing it if we roast is impossible, so I recommend that you add a little, and depending on the taste, you add more to your liking.
Once we pour the water, we introduce the meatballs, so that they are made with the sauce and the flavors mix.
We leave (without stirring much) medium heat about 15-20 minutes, until we see that the sauce has bound and thickened.
We serve with rice or chips.
You sure like them.
