Ingredients

Preparation
  1. We take a casserole, put it on the fire to heat with a good jet of oil, cut the vegetables and put them in the casserole with the round, the herbs, salt and pepper.
  2. We let the chicken brown on all sides and the vegetables are done at the same time.
  3. When we see that the chicken is well browned, add the wine, leave a few minutes for the alcohol to evaporate and add the glass of water or broth.
  4. We let it cook for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are present. We take out the round.
  5. We have all the vegetables left, we put them in a glass and crush them or we will go through the Chinese. If you want you can leave some slices of carrots to accompany.
  6. If there is a very thick sauce, you can lighten it with a little more water or broth.
  7. We will put it to the point of salt.
  8. Let the chicken cool, cut it into slices and put them in a source, heat the sauce and put it on top.
