This dessert is very rich, super creamy and if you don't like strawberry, you can make it vanilla, peach, banana or multi-fruit. Preparing this recipe will take you 15 minutes but you must do it 4 hours before the meal
Ingredients
60 cubic centimeters of hot water
60 cubic centimeters of low calorie strawberry drinkable yogurt
1 sachet of unflavored gelatin
Preparation
In a glass container, dissolve the gelatin in very hot water, mixing well until it is homogeneous and without crystals under the container, then put the strawberry yogurt, if you like whole yogurt more, you can make this recipe by mixing very well the yogurt, until it is liquid and mix the gelatin well with the yogurt.
Put the preparation in small individual containers and cool for 4 hours, you need cold to solidify and unmold without problems, the number of hours in the refrigerator will depend on the container you use, if you use plastic containers you will need 1 to 2 more hours.
