  • 170 g of bacon.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • 1 onion.
  • 400 g of spinach.
  • 1/4 liter of chicken broth.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt

Preparation

Firstly, we will chop the onion and garlic in very small cubes and also the bacon in slightly larger cubes. We will fry this in a wide frying pan.

Then we will add the rice and we will sauté it a little to bind the flavors of the products. We will add a little salt.

Then when they start to take color we will add the spinach and we will stir so that they decrease in volume.

Finally, we heat the poultry stock in a separate saucepan and add saucepans of this broth to the rice, stirring little by little and from time to time so that release the starch and it is believed that typical mellow of the risotto.
