We continue to prepare salads at home. It is not something that we never stop doing, although its ingredients inevitably change and, according to tastes, also its temperature. In this spinach, apple and tangerine salad it is already beginning to be perceived that summer is ending, although many of us do not like it.

Salads are easy to make and this one is no exception. It is enough to combine all its ingredients to have a starter with which to start our meal. A simple vinaigrette It has been our choice to dress it this time but you can add a point of honey or mustard to it.

Ingredients
  • 3 handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1 large apple
  • 2 mandarins
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt flakes

Preparation
  1. We clean the spinach, we remove the tails and chop the leaves if they are very large. We dry and place in a bowl or salad bowl.
  2. We peel the tangerines and we take out the slices to incorporate them into the salad.
  3. We also add the cherry tomatoes cut in half and walnuts.
  4. Then we cut sliced ​​apple thin and add them to the salad. If you are going to take a little while to serve the salad and depending on what type of apples you use, I advise you to put a little lemon juice in a bowl and let the slices "soak" a little to delay their oxidation.
  5. To finish we prepare the vinaigrette and we dress the salad. before serving.
