Spinach and Eggplant Pizza
All the vegetarian pizzas they are very healthy for the organism and also to maintain the line in this time of the year. In summer it is very common for all of us to do slimming diets to have a body of ten, but sometimes, this leads to some people not eating properly.
Weight loss diets should contain healthy foods that are low in calories but that satisfy us in such a way that it does not make us starve. Therefore, today we present you this vegetarian pizza with low calorie foods, as are spinach and aubergines.
Ingredients
- 250 g of spinach.
- 1/2 eggplant.
- 1 medium tomato.
- Piece of goat cheese.
- Fried tomato.
- Olive oil.
- Salt
For :
- 250g of flour.
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 15 g of baker's yeast.
- Pinch of salt.
- 250 ml of water
Preparation
First, we will do the . In a bowl, we will crumble the yeast and add the warm water and oil. We will stir well until the yeast is dissolved. Then, we will incorporate the sifted flour into the bowl, adding the salt to the middle, and we will continue kneading until we get an elastic and homogeneous dough. We will let it rest for 30 minutes.
Then, we will prepare the other ingredients. We will remove the skin from the aubergines and cut it into half moons. In addition, we will wash the spinach well under the tap and cut the tomato into slices and the goat cheese into strips or cubes.
Once the dough has fermented (doubled in volume), we will stretch it out on a smooth surface. We will put a fried tomato base and, later, we will place the aubergines, spinach, tomato and, finally, the goat cheese on top.
We will introduce in the oven already preheated to 180ºC for about 15 minutes. When taking it out, we will sprinkle with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt.
