Ingredients
  • 4 eggs L
  • 2 cups of cream to cook
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅓ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 145 g. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 cup cheese, grated
  • 1 cup of cooked ham, chopped
  • 16 cherry tomatoes, quartered

Preparation
  1. We preheat the oven to 180ºC and lightly grease the molds metal for cupcakes.
  2. In a large bowl We beat the eggs. Once whipped, add the cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper until well combined.
  3. Then add the spinach, cheese and ham and mix again.
  4. Finally, we divide the mixture into the muffin molds and we bake 25 minutes or until set and lightly browned on the surface. To check that they have set, we will check that after pricking with a knife in the center of the min quiche, it comes out clean.
  5. We take out of the oven and let rest at room temperature for a few minutes the mini spinach quiches before serving
