Today we propose in Cooking Recipes a simple and seasonal starter: tomato toast with harissa and olive oil. You can prepare it with any variety of tomato, even with cherry tomatoes; It is about making it with those products that we have more at hand.
The bread is toasted on the grill with a olive oil and harissa dressing, a spicy sauce typical of the Maghreb gastronomy. Like us, you can give it that spicy touch or do without it. To your liking! Freshly made and still warm, these tomatoes are great for a garden snack or starter for a light dinner.
