The weekend is starting and that is why today I decided to give you a recipe full of energy, contrasts and flavor. Today's is an option suitable for vegan y foodies interested in purifying your body and eliminating toxins. 20 minutes is enough to get this wonder of spicy cauliflower sauteed with almonds, an exercise in good intentions for a weekend that is frantic (and you have to take advantage of the last rays of the sun before putting on your sweaters and boots).

- 1 cauliflower
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 50 gr of sliced almonds
- 2 chillies
- 1 cebolla
- 6 nails
- Sesame oil
- shawl
- We wash the cauliflower, cut it into 4 parts with a knife and boil it in a liter and a half of water with an onion with 6 "nailed" nails and salt. We boil for 10 minutes.
- We drain and reserve.
- In a wok, heat 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and fry the 3 garlic cloves that we have previously laminated.
- When the garlic begins to brown, add the chopped chilli and the sliced almonds.
- We stir for a few seconds and add the cauliflower.
- Sauté until the cauliflower begins to brown (after about 3-4 minutes) and sprinkle with an additional half tablespoon of sesame oil.
- We turn off the fire and it is ready to serve
