Ingredients
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 50 gr of sliced ​​almonds
  • 2 chillies
  • 1 cebolla
  • 6 nails
  • Sesame oil

Preparation
  1. We wash the cauliflower, cut it into 4 parts with a knife and boil it in a liter and a half of water with an onion with 6 "nailed" nails and salt. We boil for 10 minutes.
  2. We drain and reserve.
  3. In a wok, heat 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and fry the 3 garlic cloves that we have previously laminated.
  4. When the garlic begins to brown, add the chopped chilli and the sliced ​​almonds.
  5. We stir for a few seconds and add the cauliflower.
  6. Sauté until the cauliflower begins to brown (after about 3-4 minutes) and sprinkle with an additional half tablespoon of sesame oil.
  7. We turn off the fire and it is ready to serve
