Ingredients
  • 12 strip loin steaks
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 12 slices of Manchego cheese
  • 12 quail eggs
  • 250 gr of padrón pepper
  • 4 sandwich breads
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. First we are going to cook the peppers.
  2. We put a frying pan on the fire with plenty of olive oil, when it is very hot, we fry the peppers being careful not to burn.
  3. We remove the peppers and drain the excess oil on absorbent paper.
  4. Now, we cook the sirloin ribbon fillets on the grill with a little olive oil.
  5. It's time to fry the bacon slices.
  6. Finally, we fry the quail eggs in a small frying pan with little oil.
  7. To finish, we assemble the sandwich.
  8. First we put 3 sirloin steaks for each sandwich.
  9. Afterwards, we place 3 slices of cheese on each bread.
  10. Now, again 3 slices of bacon and thus we get the cheese to melt.
  11. On top we place 3 quail eggs on each loaf.
  12. And to finish, we garnish them with some peppers from the padrón.
  13. And we already have our sandwiches ready.
