Ingredients
- 160 g spaghetti
- 60 g. of serrano ham cubes
- 20 g. pistachios
- 1 boiled egg
- Grated cheese to taste
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
- Oregano
- Basil
Preparation
- In a saucepan with plenty of salty water we cook the pasta, as recommended by the manufacturer.
- Meanwhile, in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil, we sauté the taquitos of ham and peeled pistachios, until the ham begins to brown and the pistachios are lightly toasted.
- Once cooked, drain the pasta and sprinkle with cheese. Add some spices and stir well so that the cheese melts.
- Then we incorporate the ham, the pistachios and the chopped hard-boiled egg.
- We add a drizzle of oil and we serve.
