Ingredients
  • 160 g spaghetti
  • 60 g. of serrano ham cubes
  • 20 g. pistachios
  • 1 boiled egg
  • Grated cheese to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Oregano
  • Basil

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan with plenty of salty water we cook the pasta, as recommended by the manufacturer.
  2. Meanwhile, in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil, we sauté the taquitos of ham and peeled pistachios, until the ham begins to brown and the pistachios are lightly toasted.
  3. Once cooked, drain the pasta and sprinkle with cheese. Add some spices and stir well so that the cheese melts.
  4. Then we incorporate the ham, the pistachios and the chopped hard-boiled egg.
  5. We add a drizzle of oil and we serve.
