Today we are going to prepare a sirloin with cheese sauce, a simple recipe that we can prepare on special occasions, such as parties, birthdays or Christmas, it is an economical dish As a main course it suits us very well, the sirloin is a juicy meat, good and with a lot of flavor, accompanied by some mushrooms or vegetables that a very complete dish.
This dish of sirloin with cheese sauce We can make it very varied, since it admits any cheese that we like, I usually use Parmesan I like it a lot, but another cheese that is creamy will also do well.
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 jars of cream for cooking 400ml.
- 1 glass of broth 200ml.
- 150 gr. grated Parmesan cheese or other creamy
- Mushrooms
- Salt and pepper
- We will clean the fillets, of fat and webs. We will season them with salt and pepper.
- In a casserole or frying pan we will put 5 tablespoons of oil and brown the sirloins on all sides.
- Once it is well browned, we will add the glass of broth. Let it cook for 5 minutes.
- After this time we will add a bottle of cream, if we see that it is not enough we will add the other and part of the grated cheese. I put Parmesan in it, you can put the one you like the most.
- Let it cook until the cheese melts and we will try it, if we like it with more cheese flavor we will add more.
- We will accompany it with some grilled mushrooms.
- If it is too thick we can lighten it with a little milk, we will taste it with salt, rectify it and it will be ready.
- When it is cold we cut it into slices, they can be thin or thick, we put it in a serving dish and cover it with a little sauce, the rest we serve in a sauce boat.
