We have the ingredients, so we get on with the preparation.
We start by taking the sea bass and removing the fillets, to enjoy them. If you do not have sea bass, another fish will also serve you.
Now we put heat a pan with a little oil so that the fish is grilled, we salt it and let the right thing be done.
Once ready the fish, remove it and add more oil to brown the garlic and that the oil takes flavor.
We sprinkle the fillets with a little paprika and cover with the garlic and a little of the oil that will have taken on the flavor of the garlic.
