- Basil leaves 100 gr.
- 150-200 gr. parmesan cheese
- 70 gr. pine nuts
- 2 cloves of garlic

- To prepare the basil or pesto sauce, we will first wash the basil leaves by removing the stems under the tap, dry with kitchen paper. We have to remove all the water from the leaves.
