Salmon with leek and pine nut sauce

Ingredients:
2 leeks
Parsley
Slice of salmon per person
3 tablespoons of pine nuts 1 glass of milk
Nutmeg
White pepper

Preparation:
Sauté the white part of the leeks with the pine nuts and parsley. When they're done, add the milk, pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Let it cook for a few minutes and pass it on. Fry the salmon and put the sauce on top. Accompany with roasted or mashed potatoes.
