Ingredients
  • 4-5 salmon fillets
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 cebolla
  • 75 gr of emental cheese
  • Sal Island
  • Olive oil
  • 3 figs

Preparation
  1. We peel the potatoes and cut them bakery style.
  2. We smear a baking dish with olive oil and place the baked potatoes in such a way that they cover the entire base of the dish.
  3. Chop the onion julienne style and spread over the potatoes.
  4. Add a jet of olive oil, salt, and put in the oven (pre-heated at a temperature of 190º for 15 minutes). We bake for 15 minutes.
  5. While we wait for the potatoes to cook, we mark the salmon fillets in a pan until golden brown on both sides. We booked.
  6. Once the 15 minutes have elapsed, we take out the potato dish, grate the emental cheese on top to taste and place the salmon fillets on top.
  7. We cut the figs in half and place on the salmon loins.
  8. We put the tray back in the oven for another 15 minutes, turn off and let it stop using the individual heat.
