Ingredients
- 8 sausages
For the mashed potato
- Small potatoes 3
- 1 knob of butter
- 1 splash of milk
- Nutmeg
- Black pepper
- Sal Island
For the vegetable stir-fry
- Olive oil
- 1 onion in julienne
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- ¼ red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 glass of white wine
- Sal Island
Preparation
- We peel the potatoes and we put them to cook in a saucepan with plenty of salty water for 30-40 min, depending on their size.
- Once done, we place them in a container with the butter and mash them with a fork. We incorporate milk until the desired texture is achieved. Finally, we add a pinch of nutmeg, black pepper and salt.
- In a frying pan we heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the onion, the peppers and the whole garlic clove.
- When they are tender, iwe incorporate the sausages and brown them for a few minutes. Afterwards, we pour a glass of white wine, season and let them cook over medium heat.
- We place the sausages on a platter. On these we put the mashed potatoes and top the plate with the vegetable sauce.
