Summer, time for salads! At home we consume them all year round, but we adapt them both to the garden and to the temperatures, betting on warm versions during the winter. Not the case with this salad with pickled anchovies, an ideal cold salad for summer.
in this salad all its ingredients are chopped diced, making it very easy to transport and eat. You can put it in a container and take it to work or to the beach if you are lucky enough to be enjoying your vacation now. You only have to take a spoon to enjoy it.
This salad has a good list of ingredients but Could you also add others? if you wanted so. An avocado, an apple or some chopped grapes would fit perfectly in this mix. Will you dare to prepare it? It won't take more than 10 minutes 😉
The recipe
- 1 white onion
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 can of tuna in olive oil
- 70 g. of ham cubes
- 14 anchovies in vinegar
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sal Island
- Black pepper
- We dice the onion, the tomato, the green pepper and the boiled egg and put them in a bowl.
- Now, add the shredded tuna with part of the oil and the ham cubes and mix.
- Chop 10 anchovies and add them to the mix.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls and season with salt, pepper and a splash of oil if necessary.
- To finish place two whole anchovies in each bowl.
- We serve the salad with anchovies in cold vinegar.
