Ingredients
  • 100 gr. Camembert cheese
  • 100 gr. fresh cheese (Burgo de Arias or Angulo)
  • 100 gr. Gruyére cheese
  • 100 gr. goat cheese
  • 4 sheets of brick pasta
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 100 ml. cream or evaporated milk
  • 1 Chive
  • 50 gr. butter or margarine
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper
  • A handful of blackberries
  • Red berry jam
  • Philadelphia cheese

Preparation
Get to work that the bull does not catch Remember that this should be the last dish to prepare because it has to be consumed almost instantly
  1. We preheat the oven to 200ºC
  2. On a board we chop the chives as if our lives were in it (with desire, without fear).
  3. In a frying pan, melt the butter and fry the chives
  4. While the onion is poached, in a saucepan, we put a glass of water to boil with a few sprigs of chives (they will be the strings that help us tie the bags).
  5. We cut the different types of cheese and put them in a bowl.
  6. We beat the eggs and add a little liquid cream (or evaporated milk), chopped chives and the chopped cheeses.
  7. Season and add the poached chives to the pan.
  8. We melt the rest of the butter in the microwave.
  9. We paint a sheet of brick with the melted butter, and put another on top so that they remain glued.
  10. With the help of a knife, we draw a cross on the brick dough to divide it into 4.
  11. Put the mixture of cheeses and a blackberry on top of each of the portions that we have left.
  12. We close in the shape of a bag and tie with the chives that we had boiled (the bad way, we can always use the handy toothpick, but it's HORRIBLE)
  13. Bake for 5 minutes at 200º until golden brown (watch out for the excess dough that has remained in the upper area… IT WILL BURN US.
  14. After those 5 minutes of baking, in a saucepan we bind 3 Philadelphia cheese nuts with half a glass of cream and two tablespoons of red fruit jam.
  15. We serve by placing a sachet on each plate and finishing off with a splash of our warm sweet cream.
  16. Remove from the oven and serve.
