Grilled tail with cream sauce

Today's proposal is to prepare an exquisite plate of food using a cut of beef such as the rump tail and accompany it with a delicious cream sauce and taste it with seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients:

1 large rump tail
300 cc of vegetable broth
5 tablespoons of oil
200 grams of cream cheese
Salt and ground pepper, to taste

Preparation:

Place the rump tail in a baking dish and season it on both sides with salt and ground pepper. Add the oil, vegetable broth and cook until tender.

Once the meat is done, drain the cooking liquid, pour it into a pot, mix it with the cream cheese and cook this sauce for a few minutes. Cut the meat into slices, arrange it on a tray and drizzle it with the sauce. You can accompany it with vegetables, white rice or mashed potatoes.
