Round beef with mushrooms

We already started with the meals of these parties, here I leave you my proposal of  round beef with mushrooms. A perfect dish for these days, which we can prepare in advance, since that is what we are going to miss. So I have prepared this dish with a quick cooker, the meat is rich and tender.

The rounding of veal with mushrooms is a good dish, it tends to be liked by everyone, it is simple to prepare, accompanied by mushrooms, apart from giving it a rich flavor, it goes very well. We can also accompany this dish with a little puree.

Ingredients
  • A round of beef 1Kilo
  • One onion
  • Dried assorted mushrooms (30-40 gr.)
  • Fried tomato 3-4 tablespoons
  • A glass of white wine 150ml.
  • Water glass 1
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • Buy
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation
  1. We take the dried mushrooms, we put them in a bowl with warm water, we will leave them for about 30-40 minutes.
  2. While we will prepare the album. We season it, add the salt and pepper.
  3. We will put it to brown in the pot with a little oil.
  4. When it is golden, we add the chopped onion, then we will put the fried tomato.
  5. We take a few laps and add the white wine.
  6. Let the alcohol evaporate for about 3 minutes and add the well filled spoon of flour.
  7. We stir everything well to mix the flour and cover it with water. We drain the mushrooms without throwing the water out of them, we add them to the pot.
  8. We will also add a small glass of the mushroom water to the pot, it will give the meat a lot of flavor.
  9. We close the pot, when steam starts to come out we will leave it for about 20 minutes and turn off.
  10. When the pot has cooled we open it.
  11. If you are not going to use it that same day, put it in the fridge without cutting. And when you are going to use it, we will cut it and put it in a saucepan with the sauce, we will taste it with salt and if you like it stronger with a mushroom flavor you can add more water from the mushrooms.
  12. It is a fantastic and good dish with a very rich mushroom flavor and if you want to accompany it with puree it will do very well.

      If you can do it in a casserole. I have also made it in a casserole but the cooking would be from 1,30 to 2 hours, depending on the thickness of the meat. This meat must be tender to be good.
