Lemon rooster fillets

INGREDIENTS:

16 rooster fillets.

2 glasses of milk

Salt, flour and oil.

For la salsa:

- 1 glass of meat juice.

- Juice of one lemon.

- 100 gr. of butter.

- Chopped parsley or other aromatic herb.

PROCESS:

- Soak the fillets in the milk and let them soak up well. While we put the meat juice with the butter and the lemon juice in a bowl so that it reduces (when it does, we will add a little chopped herbs (parsley).

- We pass the fillets through flour and fry them. We take them out and, on top, we add the sauce.
