Ingredients
  • 8 large tomatoes
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 350 gr of minced beef
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lime
  • Spread cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper

Preparation
  1. Peel and chop a red onion and brown it in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil.
  2. Once the onion is poached, add the minced meat. We constantly stir until both ingredients are well mixed. You will notice that the meat changes color.
  3. When the meat is cooked, we will lower the heat to medium power and squeeze half a lime over it, and season to taste. Let "cook" for 2 more minutes, turn off the heat and reserve.
  4. While the meat is cooking, we will cut the tomatoes vertically into 3 parts and the zucchini into thin slices. We will pass all the pieces on the plate until they are cooked (it will take about 15 minutes). We booked.
and now comes the hard part! We planted!
  1. We place the tomato base on the plate that we are going to use, we spread a little Philadelphia cheese (or similar) on top so that the meat that we place is fixed.
  2. With the help of a spoon, we place the minced meat on the spread cheese and on top we place a slice of zucchini. We cover the zucchini with cream cheese again, place the meat on top and a tomato slice on top. We repeat the operation again until we finish shaping the tomato.
  3. We carry out the same procedure until we get 8 "deconstructed" tomatoes.
