Pork loin is a meat with very little fat that is widely consumed in our homes. The most common is to eat it grilled, but this way of doing it in the oven you will love it. We do not stain anything, it does not give us any work, and in less than 1 hour we have a delicious roast loin and to eat several people.

We can simply roast it with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil but today I wanted to give it an extra flavor by adding a few aromatic herbs and spices. In addition to being consumed as a main course, it is perfect for slicing very thinly and serving it as a cold meat for a delicious sandwich.

Ingredients
  • 1 piece of loin 1kg / 1.5Kg
  • white wine
  • romero
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • garlic powder
  • ginger powder
  • olive oil
  • shawl

Preparation
  1. We turn the oven to 250º so that it warms up.
  2. First of all we have to clean the back well, with the help of a knife we ​​remove the little fat it may have. We wash it and dry it with kitchen paper.
  3. Now in a bowl we mix all the spices, including the salt, we put a teaspoon of each more or less, or to taste.
  4. We put the tenderloin on a baking tray, add the spices and coat it well in them, which is not missing anywhere. We put a drizzle of olive oil on top.
  5. We pour the white wine on the tray to help it not dry out too much and we go to the oven.
  6. We will have it approximately 1 hour although it depends on the weight. It happens to know if it is punctured with a skewer and it has to come out light-colored but not reddish juice.
