Roast pork (Sunday roast)

roast pork

God save England! This weekend I have been at home and my mother, who knows that no matter how much I deny, I am a little too British; made me the happiest person in the world with a typical plate of British gastronomy: Roast pork (Sunday roast), or what is the same, a roast pork with its baked potatoes, its carrots with honey and its cauliflower in cream sauce with gratin cheese. As you read (light). I am British and my mother Basque… so now you will understand the forcefulness of the dish (I keep dreaming about it).

Warning to sailors in a hurry: today's recipe ... is one of those to cook with love and a lot of free time. So you can sign up for it for the weekend.
