2 red bell peppers
200 cc. milk cream
Pepper

Preparation:
Prepare the white rice in the usual way. Then place it in a greased baking dish. Separately, blend the red bell peppers, cream, pepper, salt and garlic. Cover the rice with this sauce and sprinkle with cheese. To finish, gratin it in the oven.
