Scrambled eggs are always widely used for light dinners and, in addition, they must be healthy. Now that Christmas is coming, we must hold the line with light and healthy dinners, avoiding all types of fats and opting for warm or cold salads.

Despite being a light recipe, we must not give up the taste, so we give it an Iberian touch with a little bacon and egg. 

Ingredients

  • 300 g of green beans.
  • 100 g of bacon.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • Water.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt
  • Thyme.

Preparation

First, we will put cook the green beans in plenty of boiling water. To give it much more flavor, we will cook them with a pill of avecrem. These will be done in about 8-10 minutes, then we will drain them.

When the beans are cooked and drained, apart, we will put a good drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan. To this, we will add two sliced ​​garlic cloves. When they are golden, add the bacon and sauté a little.

Then, we will incorporate the cooked and drained green beans, we will give them a couple of turns and add the eggs. We will stir well and sauté, so that the egg impregnates all the beans.
