Patatas bravas recipe, typical Spanish tapa
Today I present you a very typical Spanish tapa so that you can enter even more into Spanish gastronomy. In this way, you already know another way to cook potato, a very useful food and much loved by everything whether in salad, fried or roasted.

Ingredients
- Potatoes.
- Olive oil.
- Salt
- Water.
- Parsley.
For Brave sauce:
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 1 coffee tablespoon of hot paprika.
- 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika.
- 1 tablespoon of flour.
- Cayenne tip.
- Some chicken broth.
Preparation
First of all, to make this recipe for potatoes or papas bravas, we will have to peel and wash the potatoes very well. Once washed, we will cut them roughly or irregularly, with a more or less medium size, capable of putting them in the mouth in a single bite.
We will put these in water while we are doing the Brave sauce. To do this, we will put the olive oil in a pan, to which we will add the tip of the cayenne. When it is hot, we add the tablespoons of paprika and stir well, then we will add the flour, stir well until it is cooked and, quickly, we add the broth little by little, until we get a thick sauce.
Then, we will heat the oil. While, we dry the excess water from the potatoes very well for when we fry them they don't jump. The patatas bravas must be quite golden.
Finally, we will drain the excess oil from the potatoes that come from the pan on absorbent paper and, we place them by watering them with the brava sauce.
