Gulas with garlic recipe, very light dinner
Today I leave you a recipe for people, who by work, they cannot make very laborious recipes, since their time to eat is very limited. This recipe can be made in advance, then just warm it up a bit and enjoy some spicy eels.
All the eels They are a substitute for elvers, which is why they have become a highly valued food for their nutritional qualities and (cheaper) price. Among their many nutritional qualities, the main one is that they are very low in fat and cholesterol, so they can be used in light or slimming diets.
Ingredients
- 200 g of gulas.
- 1-2 cayenne.
- 3-4 cloves of garlic.
- Olive oil.
- Salt
Preparation
Firstly, we will defrost a packet of gulas, about half an hour or three quarters of an hour before making this recipe. If you prefer them fresh, you just have to carry out the steps that I put below.
As I have already told you before, this recipe is very easy to make, so we just have to have 10 minutes to do it and taste some fabulous garlic eels.
When we have the eels thawed, we will have to slice all the garlic. At the same time, we will heat about 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
We will add the garlic to the oil and let them brown, later we will add the eels and sauté a little. Then, we will incorporate the cayenne, depending on the spice you want to give it and sauté for a few more minutes.
