Ingredients:
1 can of cream milk
1 / 2 raisin cup
1/2 cup rum
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/2 cup of prunes
1 can of condensed milk
1 egg yolk
1 sponge cake.
1 cinnamon stick
2 cups of sugar, plus 1 cup for the cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Preparation:
Cut the cake into small squares and put them in a deep dish. Boil a cup of water, to which you must previously add 1 lb. sugar, plums, raisins and cinnamon.

Boil until the raisins are puffed up. Put it down and let it cool. Add the liquor and bathe the cake

Heat the milks together with half a cup of water. Add 1 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt to it. When it warms up, add the cornstarch dissolved in half a cup of water little by little, stirring constantly (this should be done in a water bath). Cook for 10 minutes, add the vanilla and pour the cream over the sponge cake squares.

Decorate with egg white to meringue point, putting 2 tablespoons of sugar per white. Decorate with sprinkles.
