  1. To prepare the pumpkin cream with ginger, the first thing to do is peel and cut the potatoes and the pumpkin into small pieces.
  2. In a saucepan we will put water and a little salt. We put it on the fire until it starts to boil, we add the pumpkin and the potatoes.
  3. We let it cook for 15-20 minutes until all the ingredients are tender. When everything is well cooked we grind it well.
  4. We put it back on the fire once it has been crushed, we add the cream, we stir it well. We add the ginger, we will add little by little until it reaches the point that we like. We taste salt.
