Ingredients
  • 200 gr. cooked pumpkin
  • 250 gr. Of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 creamy yogurt
  • 200 gr. sugar
  • 125 ml. sunflower oil
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pumpkin and sunflower seeds

Preparation
  1. First we will make the pumpkin puree, cut it into pieces and put it in a microwave-safe bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and microwave it for 8-10 minutes at maximum power. You let it cool. We crush or crush it with a fork.
  2. We preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  3. Place the eggs, sugar, pumpkin puree, yogurt and oil in a bowl, beat it until you get a homogeneous mass and everything is well mixed.
  4. On the other hand we mix the dry ingredients such as flour, yeast, bicarbonate and spices, we mix it and we add it to the other mixture, beating little by little until everything is integrated.
  5. We will add the pipes and mix. We prepare a mold of about 22 cm. spread with butter and a little flour and put the mixture and put on top some more pipes to decorate.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until when you click it with a toothpick in the center it comes out clean.
  7. We let it cool and that's it. From one day to the next it is better.
  8. You can also make muffins instead of cake.
  9. You can do without spices if you don't like them.
  10. And ready !!!
