Ingredients

Preparation
  1. We put a frying pan on the fire with a little oil, we cut the onion and we put it in the pan until it is golden brown.
  2. Add the minced meat together with the poached onion.
  3. Once the meat takes color, we will add the sliced ​​mushrooms.
  4. We will add the peas next.
  5. We sauté everything well and add the fried tomato.
  6. We stir everything well, add the salt, pepper and a splash of wine, let it cook all well, about 5 minutes. We will let it cool.
  7. We will put the puff pastry on a baking sheet, on it we will put the slices of cheese or the cheese that we like on the puff pastry, the amount will be to the taste of each one, I put a thin layer of cheese all over the puff pastry.
  8. Next we will put the meat filling, without reaching the edges.
  9. We will roll the puff pastry carefully, beat the egg and paint the entire base of the puff pastry roll, we will put the sesame seeds on top, ...
  10. We will introduce it to the oven at 180º, which we will have preheated, about 20 minutes, as soon as the puff pastry is golden.
  11. And ready to eat!!!
